Fabric & Care

A blend of cotton, polyester and wool. We recommend a gentle cool wash or professional cleaning, depending on the care label. Reshape while damp, dry naturally on a hanger away from direct heat and brush lightly between wears to keep the surface neat. Avoid tumble drying. Between wears, store it on a broad hanger in a cool, dry place with a little room around it so the fabric can breathe and keep its shape. Check the care label for full instructions.

• Standard Delivery – free, with estimated delivery in 9–12 working days from order confirmation.
• Express Delivery – £4.99 in the United Kingdom or $6.69 in the United States, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

Taxes, duties and import charges

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the United States, Ferondo Casmero is responsible for applicable import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, customs clearance and other import charges. Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.
