Fabric & Care

A fine-gauge knit of 52% cashmere and 48% extra-fine merino wool. We recommend a cool hand wash or gentle wool cycle with a mild detergent, pressing out water in a towel rather than wringing, and drying flat. Fold rather than hang to keep the knit in shape, and use a fabric comb if light pilling appears. Check the care label for full instructions.

Fit & Sizing

A regular fit that is true to size — choose your usual size. Available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Comparing the measurements with a T-shirt you already own is the most reliable way to choose your size.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States only. If your delivery address is outside these countries, no delivery option will be shown at checkout and we cannot accept the order.

Delivery options and estimates

The same delivery options and estimates apply to the United Kingdom and the United States:

• Standard Delivery – free, with estimated delivery in 9–12 working days from order confirmation.
• Express Delivery – £4.99 in the United Kingdom or $6.69 in the United States, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

These estimates include order processing and transit, exclude weekends and applicable public holidays, and are not guaranteed arrival dates. The available option, price and estimate for your basket and delivery address are shown at checkout before payment. If no delivery option is displayed, we cannot accept that order.

Taxes, duties and import charges

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the United States, Ferondo Casmero is responsible for applicable import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, customs clearance and other import charges. You will not be required to pay import charges to the carrier on delivery. All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before payment, and the total displayed before payment is the total amount payable for your order. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and the request so we can resolve it; do not pay an unexpected charge without contacting us.

Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.
