Fabric & Care

The frame is made from bio-based acetate, a plant-based material with a smooth, polished feel, fitted with CR39 optical lenses offering UV400 protection. We recommend cleaning the lenses with a microfibre cloth and a little lens spray or lukewarm water, storing the sunglasses in their soft felt cover when not in use, and avoiding leaving them in hot cars or direct heat, which can affect the shape of acetate frames.

One size, designed to suit most medium face shapes. Frame measurements are 52 mm x 19 mm x 145 mm (lens width x bridge x temple length). The 52 mm lens width gives a neat, structured profile. If you usually wear a narrower or wider frame, compare these measurements with a pair you already own for a comfortable fit.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States only. If your delivery address is outside these countries, no delivery option will be shown at checkout and we cannot accept the order.

Delivery options and estimates

The same delivery options and estimates apply to the United Kingdom and the United States:

• Standard Delivery – free, with estimated delivery in 9–12 working days from order confirmation.
• Express Delivery – £4.99 in the United Kingdom or $6.69 in the United States, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

These estimates include order processing and transit, exclude weekends and applicable public holidays, and are not guaranteed arrival dates. The available option, price and estimate for your basket and delivery address are shown at checkout before payment. If no delivery option is displayed, we cannot accept that order.

Taxes, duties and import charges

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the United States, Ferondo Casmero is responsible for applicable import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, customs clearance and other import charges. You will not be required to pay import charges to the carrier on delivery. All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before payment, and the total displayed before payment is the total amount payable for your order. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and the request so we can resolve it; do not pay an unexpected charge without contacting us.

Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.
