Fabric & Care

Warm wool blend fabric with a full lining. We recommend professional dry cleaning to keep the coat looking sharp and holding its shape. Between wears, brush it lightly with a soft clothes brush, let it air on a broad hanger and spot clean small marks with a damp cloth. Avoid tumble drying and direct heat. Give the coat a day of rest between wears so the fibres can recover, and store it on a broad, shaped hanger in a cool, dry place. Check the care label for full instructions.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States only. If your delivery address is outside these countries, no delivery option will be shown at checkout and we cannot accept the order.

Delivery options and estimates

The same delivery options and estimates apply to the United Kingdom and the United States:

• Standard Delivery – free, with estimated delivery in 9–12 working days from order confirmation.
• Express Delivery – £4.99 in the United Kingdom or $6.69 in the United States, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

These estimates include order processing and transit, exclude weekends and applicable public holidays, and are not guaranteed arrival dates. The available option, price and estimate for your basket and delivery address are shown at checkout before payment. If no delivery option is displayed, we cannot accept that order.

Taxes, duties and import charges

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the United States, Ferondo Casmero is responsible for applicable import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, customs clearance and other import charges. Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.
