Fabric & Care

Made from 100% cotton in a washed canvas finish, which gives the cap its soft hand-feel and relaxed, lived-in look. We recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent, reshaping the peak while damp and leaving it to air dry away from direct heat. Avoid the tumble dryer and machine washing, which can distort the shape and the embroidery. Over time the washed finish softens further and develops more character. • Standard Delivery – free, with estimated delivery in 9–12 working days from order confirmation.
• Express Delivery – £4.99 in the United Kingdom or $6.69 in the United States, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@ferondocasmero.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.
